Biography:

Coach Brengosz is entering his 16th year in the Warhawks organization. 2026 will be his 10th year as head coach.

During his first two years as the varsity head coach the Warhawks won the Wisconsin Little Ten & Classic 8 Conference titles and advanced to the state tournament in Appleton both seasons, capturing the Division 1 State Runner-Up in 2018. The Warhawks captured 5 straight conference titles from 2021-2025 with the 2022 & 2024 teams earning trips to the state tournament. Under Coach Brengosz's leadership, the Warhawks have claimed 7 conference titles in the past 8 seasons. From 2021-2023, Coach Brengosz was named the Classic Eight Conference's Coach of the Year.

He has coached 5 conference Players of the Year in Jeff Holtz (2017 & 2018), Mason Buss (2022), Ethan Hindle (2023), Nolan Buss (2024) & Peter Kussow (2025).

He has previously coached junior varsity in 2009 & 2010 and again from 2013-2015. In 2016 he was the varsity assistant for the Division 1 State Runner-Up team.

He is a 2007 Arrowhead graduate and attended UW-La Crosse. Coach Brengosz had also been a defensive backs coach for the football team from 2012-2017.

He is a member of our mathematics and computer science departments.

Biography:

Coach Pier will be entering his 5th year in the Warhawks organization. He previously coached at Kettle Moraine. He will work with our hitters at the varsity levels. Coach Pier loves to develop hitters and work with athletes of all ages towards improvement. During his first season with the Warhawks, 8 of the 9 starters had batting averages above 0.300.

In 2023, Coach Pier was named the Classic 8 Assistant Coach of the Year.

Position: Mental Skills Coach & Assistant Coach

Biography:

2026 will be Coach Bechtel's 12th year in the Warhawks organization. He joined the varsity staff in 2024. He had been the coach of the Freshmen Red team the previous nine years. Coach Bechtel's team finished 10-4 during the 2023 season. Coach Bechtel also took on some of our baseball leadership duties in 2023. He is a 2004 Arrowhead graduate and attended UW-Oshkosh. Coach Bechtel has previously coached football from 2010-2015 and worked with the running backs and quarterbacks. He is a member of our special education department.

Biography:

Coach O'Driscoll has been involved in baseball at Arrowhead for over 50 years! 4 as a player and 46+ as a coach. As the Arrowhead varsity baseball coach from 1975 until 2009, Coach O’Driscoll’s record was 742-328. For 35 years, his teams never had a losing season. Coach O’Driscoll also coached football for 23 years and basketball for 11 years. He also was the announcer for 20 years for the girls' and boys' basketball home games. Coach O'Driscoll has handled pitching duties for multiple levels of the program since he rejoined the program. He is also notably the official scorer for the Milwaukee Brewers. Coach O'D rejoined the staff following Coach Brengosz's hire in 2017.

Biography:

Coach Rathkamp is entering his 9th year in the Warhawks organization in 2026. Coach Rathkamp spent his first two seasons working with the freshmen baseball players. He made the jump to JV in the 2020 season. The 2025 team went 18-3, continuing their run of recent success. Coach Rathkamp previously worked as a DL/LB coach with the football team.

Biography:

Coach Skaros is entering his 8th year in the Warhawks organization. This will be his sixth season with the Freshmen Blue (formerly White) team. His 2025 team finished the season with a 3-8-1 record. Coach Skaros spent his first year with the varsity program in 2019 and had been a football coach at Arrowhead from 2014 until 2019. He oversaw the defensive backs on two teams that enjoyed state runs. Coach Skaros was a four-sport athlete at Wauwatosa West, playing football, basketball, track and baseball before continuing on to Madison for college. He is a member of our social studies department.

Biography:

Coach Hauser will enter his 3rd year in the Warhawks organization. During his first season, his team compiled an 8-5 record. In 2025, his team completed a 5-7-1 campaign. As a high school player, Coach Hauser was a member of the 2018 Division 2 runner-up Jefferson baseball team as an outfielder. He is a member of our social studies department.
